Bookings by haud · paid straight to the operator

One departure. Nothing double-booked.

  1. Live availability on your site

The booking widget shows what’s actually left, so you’re never oversold.

  2. Shared resources, checked across tours

Tell haud what each tour needs, like a guide or a vehicle, and availability checks it across all your tours, so two can’t be sold against the same one.

  3. You confirm every booking

Each booking waits for your yes. Confirm or decline from the email, wherever you are, and guests hear back once you have.

Built on OCTO

Your resellers, on the same calendar.

haud speaks OCTO, the open standard resellers and channel managers use for tours and activities. A reseller that connects over it sees your live availability and books against the same calendar as your website. We’re building these connections during the beta, starting with the resellers our operators already use.

Questions

Which payment providers can I use?

Your own Mollie, Paytrail or Stripe account. Mollie comes first in the beta, then Paytrail and Stripe. Guests pay you directly, and haud checks with your provider whether a booking is paid. Or take payment yourself, by invoice or on the day, and use haud for availability alone.

Does haud take a cut of my payments?

No. Money goes from your guest to your own account, and it never passes through haud.

Do bookings confirm themselves?

No. Every booking waits for you to confirm or decline it, from the email, within two days by default. Your guest hears back once you have.

Can I sell through resellers?

Yes, over OCTO, the open standard for tours and activities. The connections are being built during the beta, and we name a reseller only once its connection is live. Tell us which ones you sell through.

Where is my data kept?

In the EU, on servers in Helsinki. Your guests’ details are deleted six months after their trip, unless you choose a different period.

How much will haud cost?

One flat monthly price, with no per-booking fees and no booking caps. Prices are published when sign-ups open.

The operators in the beta take real bookings and shape what haud builds next. If now isn’t the time, ask for one email when anyone can sign up.
